coexist.global (the “Site”) is owned, operated and edited by KAB MIDDLE EAST LLC, a company registered under number 2434416, with its registered office at Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (“COEXIST”, “we”, “us”).

By accessing or using the Site you accept these Terms of Use (the “Terms”) and our Privacy Policy, which forms part of them. If you do not accept them, do not use the Site. We may amend the Terms at any time; the version published on this page governs, and continued use after an amendment constitutes acceptance.

COEXIST is a digital monument to humanity. Each user may claim one unique place on the Map of Humanity, identified by a sequential Human Number, and attach up to three wishes to it.

A place is a symbolic position on a digital map. It is not land, property, a security, a financial product or an investment; it confers no right over any territory and has no monetary or resale value.

You must be at least 16 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to claim a place.

You may claim one place only. Your Human Number is personal, non-transferable and may not be sold or exchanged. A contribution of $1 per year keeps your place active; an inactive Human Number is never reassigned.

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it.

You retain ownership of the name, image and wishes you submit (“Your Content”). You grant COEXIST a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and reproduce Your Content on the Site and in COEXIST communications, for as long as your place exists.

You represent that Your Content is yours to share and does not infringe any third-party right. You must not submit content that is unlawful, hateful, discriminatory, violent, sexually explicit, misleading or otherwise objectionable.

We may remove content, suspend or deactivate any place that breaches these Terms, without refund and without prior notice.

The $1 yearly contribution is processed by an independent payment provider; we never store your card details. By paying, you authorise the charge of the stated amount.

Because a place is activated immediately and the contribution is nominal, all payments are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

You may invite others through your personal link; those who join through it form your Human Chain. The Human Chain is a symbol of connection only and carries no cash reward, commission or financial benefit of any kind.

Projects and impact supported by COEXIST are published on the Impact page. Any figures displayed before real projects exist are marked as previews and constitute neither promises nor representations of results.

The COEXIST name, the Map of Humanity concept, the design, the globe and all Site content other than Your Content are the exclusive property of KAB MIDDLE EAST LLC and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our prior written consent.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KAB MIDDLE EAST LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability shall in no event exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KAB MIDDLE EAST LLC from any claim arising out of Your Content or your breach of these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remainder stays in force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and COEXIST regarding the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
